About

Luke got his start in the audio world while he was a student at Champlain College in Burlington VT. A guitar player since the 7th grade he naturally wanted to be able to record the music he was making with his friends. This led to a course where he was taught the basics of a DAW and was trained how to use the schools recording studio where he later became an employee. By his junior year he became the lead technician in the studio, where he became adept in Pro Tools and more advanced signal flow and production techniques. That year he also became a production intern at Higher Ground, one of only a handful of venues in the state to host national acts. His senior year saw him continue to work at HG, along with interning under Ben Collette at Tank Recording Studio in Burlington. His time also saw him gain experience in film sound as well, where he was tapped by a fellow classmate to mix their capstone student film. After graduating he took some time off to travel before eventually moving back to Vermont where he currently works as an audio tech.
